Great. Thank you. I called 3 different companies and Freedom is the only one that gave me a flat and reasonable price to replace my thermostat. Service was excellent.
He did a fantastic job and was very respectful and asked questions.
This commercial client counts on us to keep the HVAC systems in their rental units running perfectly as their business clients demand. They know they can count on Freedom to complete regular maintenance on every aspect of the system including keeping the ductwork clean and sanitary and the apartments perfectly comfortable all year long.
While doing our semi-annual scheduled maintenance, the client was curious to learn more about IAQ or indoor air quality. We showed them that even though today's modern filters are excellent when changed regularly, some newer options on the market do an even better job of blocking bacteria, viruses, and VOCs. They were happy that they could count on us for up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
The client had recently purchased their home and wanted to know if it was necessary to replace the older HVAC system in the house. We performed a thorough inspection of the entire system including the ductwork, vents, and thermostat. Although the system was about 10 years old, it had been maintained well and should last them another few years if they keep up with the maintenance.
Our client had us out to do a spring tune-up on their AC unit. We did a complete inspection of the indoor and outdoor units, changed the filters, and controlled and cleaned all the components. A regularly maintained system saves a lot of money over time.
The client had us out because they were having issues with their water heater. Upon inspection, we found that the water heater was over 15 years old and started showing signs of corrosion. We gave them estimates for repair and replacement but recommended replacement since the unit was so old.
While doing regular maintenance on the HVAC system. We also controlled the ductwork throughout the house. We noticed more dust and debris than usual and recommended our professional duct cleaning services. They agreed and immediately noticed a big difference in the air quality of their home. We go the extra mile for your worry-free comfort.
The client called us about their older AC unit. We performed a complete inspection and discovered a refrigerant leak which is one of the most common causes of AC breakdowns. A leaking refrigerant reduces the cooling power of your AC unit and can cause long-term damage to other parts of the system. We were about to resolve the problem and repair the unit.
The client called us to schedule their HVAC tune-up. We discovered a clogged condensate drain can cause water to back up into your HVAC system which can do serious damage if not taken care of. We removed the clog and completed the tune-up. The client was satisfied with our professional service.
The client called about clogged drains making gurgling noises. They had tried to use a liquid product to no avail. Our video pipeline inspection was used to see what was causing these issues and come up with an affordable solution. Using sanitary high-pressure water jetting, the drains were back to normal quickly.
The client called us because they were not getting good water hot pressure. We did some routine maintenance on the water heater and found that the pipes were full of sediment. We flushed the pipes, and checked the pressure again and found that the pressure had improved, but wasn't perfect. Then we showed the client how to remove sediment from below each faucet. The client was happy to learn a new money-saving skill.
Come out no heat found furnace not coming on due to bad igniter so told her she needed furnace saftey kit and I moved to out side to check condenser to just to make sure it is ready for summer and found weak secondary and primary motor controllers and it needed easy start and she didn’t want disconnect and surge just yet she went bare minimum and done ac restoration and furnace safety kit and installed everything and collected $1917.12 by card all is operating properly upon completion.
Found defective thermostat. Not sending signal to turn heat on. Customer says they will get a thermostat and replace themselves. System not heating upon departure.
